Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Canada, United States & Australia.

Do you have items that come in other designations (e.g. MD, RT, etc.?)
We are constantly working on including a variety of different designations.  Please follow us on Instagram for new releases.

Can I use your images & designs for personal and commercial use?
No, we worked on developing our designs, please do not reuse, modify, resell or take our images.

Can I resell your products?
No, our products are only sold under the Jessica Ku Design brand. High quality products are very important to us, and if our designs are found on any other websites they are counterfeit or stolen designs. If you come across any counterfeits online or in-person, please contact me!

What should I do if I never received my order?
Please note there may be a longer wait period due to COVID-19. If you have a tracking number please contact the postal service first. Please wait 15 business days from dispatch date before contacting me.

If I see an item that is sold out, when will it be available again?
Get them while you can! Some designs are limited and may retire. Popular designs will be re-stocked, please check back or follow us on Instagram for updates.

Can I Pre-order an item?
Certain items will be made available for you to place a pre-order.  This means you purchase the item, and once it becomes available it will be shipped out to you! Please note if you have a pre-order item in your order all items will ship out together.

I checked out the wrong item by mistake, what should I do?
Please read all item descriptors and double check your items carefully before checking out. If the order has not yet been packed and shipped and you would like to swap products please contact us FIRST to find out if a swap is possible. DO NOT place another order and request to cancel the initial order as cancellation fees will apply.
